WHO WE ARE
With a track record spanning over three decades in prime- central London, James has established Fenton Whelan as one of London’s leading residential developers. James has a remarkable talent for identifying rare development opportunities and delivering some of the most significant masterplans across the city. His ability to uncover hidden potential in projects and deliver them with exquisite precision sets him apart in the industry.
James has career experience in the financial markets including senior positions within FX at Citibank and Barclays Capital. James graduated in Economics from the University of Warwick.
Under Sanjay’s leadership, Fenton Whelan has become known for its innovative developments, with a fine blend of architectural excellence and record setting exit valuations. Sanjay brings deep expertise in securing project financing and structuring deals with investors, lenders, and/or partners.
Prior to Fenton Whelan, Sanjay spent 13 years as a TMT investment banker at Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc, working in New York, Sao Paulo and London. Sanjay graduated as Benjamin Franklin Scholar from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
