Fenton Whelan have been awarded the role of Development Manager for the redevelopment and fit-out of a new private day surgery and diagnostic facility on London’s world renowned Harley Street.
The completed facility, with 43,000 sq ft GIA, stretches from 1-7 Harley Street. The development is the first of its kind offering ambulatory services with “five-star patient facilities”, including hotel-quality recovery rooms, consultation suites, lounges and restaurant and a concierge at entrance. The clinic is scheduled to open in early 2027.
